At Kamado Kitchen, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all parts of our Kamado Kitchens, ensuring you can cook with confidence.
What’s Covered?
Our 2-year warranty covers all parts of your Kamado Kitchen, including but not limited to:
- Steel Frame and Construction
If any part fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, we will repair or replace the part at no cost to you.
The Warranty on E-coated, Galvanised Metal and Stainless Steel does not cover rust, oxidation, fading, discolouring, blemishes or replacement due to adjustment or alignment of parts or components, unless it also results in a loss of structural integrity or a failure of these components on our products.
What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and discolouration
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions or misuse
- Commercial or non-domestic use
How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue with your Kamado Kitchen grill, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team at info@kamadokitchens.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the affected part to help us assess the claim.
- We will review your claim and arrange for the necessary repairs or replacement.
Additional Information
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
- We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service.
